Getting Started
How do I request a quote?
Call or text us directly at (908) 346-5637, or click the Request a Quote button on any page. You will be connected directly to the Department of Customer Solutions. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and someone from our Customer Solutions department will return your call before end of business that day — including Saturday.
What information do I need to provide for a quote?
Pickup and delivery addresses, cargo type and approximate weight or dimensions, your preferred pickup date and time, and any special handling requirements. The more detail you provide, the faster we can turn around an accurate quote.
How quickly can you pick up?
For scheduled deliveries, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For urgent STAT requests, text the word “URGENT” to (908) 346-5637. Someone from our team will respond within 3 hours. If we can get there, we will be there.
Do you require a contract to get started?
Not for one-time shipments. First-time clients sign a simple Individual Service Agreement before the first pickup. Repeat and commercial clients can sign a Master Service Agreement once, then use a simple work order for every job after that.
Our Services
What areas do you serve?
We are licensed and operating in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. Our home base is Carteret, NJ. We also serve Port Newark, Port Elizabeth, Coast Guard facilities, and federal installations requiring TWIC clearance.
What type of freight do you haul?
We operate cargo vans — specifically high-roof Mercedes-Benz Sprinters — ideal for parcels, commercial freight, pharmaceutical deliveries, government documents, and time-sensitive dispatches. We do not currently operate flatbeds, tractor-trailers, or box trucks at this time.
Do you handle medical and specimen deliveries?
Yes. We handle medical equipment, specimens, and pharmaceutical deliveries. We are HIPAA-trained and chain-of-custody compliant, serving hospitals, clinics, labs, and pharmacies. Please note: we do not transport regulated medical waste or biohazardous waste. Our medical courier services are limited to authorized medical equipment, specimens, pharmaceuticals, and other lawful healthcare shipments.
Can you deliver to federal facilities and ports?
Yes — and many carriers cannot. Our active TWIC card grants us access to Port Newark, Port Elizabeth, Coast Guard bases, and secure federal installations. We are also SAM.gov registered and MBE certified for government procurement.
Do you offer scheduled or recurring routes?
Absolutely. We work with clients on daily, weekly, and custom-frequency scheduled routes. Set your schedule once and we handle the rest — reliably, every time.

Are you fully insured?
Yes. We carry $1M general liability, $750K commercial auto, and commercial cargo insurance in accordance with the limits of our active policy. USDOT #4468095 · MC #77932882.

What is your safety record?
20+ years on the road. Zero accidents. Zero violations. 0% out-of-service rate over the last 24 months per FMCSA records. Our safety record isn’t a talking point — our safety record is built on disciplined driving, regulatory compliance, and professional accountability.
Billing & Policies
How do I pay?
We accept ACH transfer, check, and major credit cards. Qualified commercial clients with an approved Master Service Agreement may be offered customized billing terms.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 2 hours before pickup are free. Within 2 hours, a fee of up to 50% of the quoted rate applies. No-shows or cancellations after dispatch are billed at the full rate. STAT dispatches are non-cancellable once a driver is en route.
What if my cargo is damaged or lost?
All claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery. We carry cargo insurance up to within the limits of our active cargo insurance policy. Our liability is limited to the lesser of actual cargo value or our policy limits. See our Terms of Service for full details.
What are your hours of operation?

Do you provide proof of delivery?
Yes. Upon request, Beyond All Distribution LLC provides signed delivery confirmations, delivery receipts, photographs (when appropriate), and other documentation supporting successful completion of the shipment.
