Section 1

Services Provided

Beyond All Distribution LLC provides commercial freight transport, last-mile parcel delivery, medical specimen courier services “where authorized by applicable law,” pharmaceutical delivery, government agency delivery, STAT and on-demand dispatch, scheduled route delivery, and port and federal facility delivery.

All services are performed using cargo van equipment. Service availability is subject to geographic coverage, scheduling, and regulatory compliance. We reserve the right to decline any shipment that falls outside our licensing, insurance, or safety parameters.

Section 2

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are provided based on information supplied by the client including pickup and delivery locations, cargo type, weight, dimensions, and requested service level. Quotes are valid for 48 hours from issuance unless otherwise stated in writing.

Final pricing may be adjusted if actual shipment details differ materially from those provided at the time of quoting. Additional fees may apply for waiting time exceeding 15 minutes, failed delivery attempts, address corrections, or special handling requirements.

Section 3

Booking & Confirmation

A delivery is confirmed only upon written acceptance through email, electronic confirmation, signed Work Order, Delivery Authorization, or Master Service Agreement.

Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate pickup and delivery information, proper packaging of all cargo, and availability of an authorized recipient at the delivery location.

Section 4

Liability & Cargo Claims

Beyond All Distribution LLC maintains active commercial cargo insurance in accordance with the limits of its current insurance policy. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the cargo or our insurance policy limits. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.

All cargo claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be honored. Beyond All Distribution LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from improper packaging by the shipper.

Section 5

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 2 hours before scheduled pickup are accepted at no charge. Cancellations made within 2 hours of scheduled pickup are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted rate. No-shows or cancellations after dispatch are billed at the full quoted rate.

Service schedules may be adjusted due to weather, road closures, traffic incidents, mechanical failures, or other circumstances beyond Beyond All Distribution LLC’s reasonable control. Customers will be notified as soon as practicable.

Section 6

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

Accounts past due beyond 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee. Beyond All Distribution LLC reserves the right to suspend service on accounts with outstanding balances.

Section 7

Prohibited Shipments

Beyond All Distribution LLC does not transport illegal substances, unsecured hazardous materials without proper documentation, firearms without proper licensing, or any cargo that violates federal, state, or local law.

Clients who misrepresent cargo contents are solely liable for any resulting fines, damages, or legal consequences. We reserve the right to refuse or return any shipment discovered to contain prohibited items.

Beyond All Distribution LLC reserves the right to inspect, refuse, or terminate transportation services for any shipment believed to present a safety, legal, or regulatory concern.

Section 9

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from services provided by Beyond All Distribution LLC shall be resolved in Middlesex County, New Jersey. Beyond All Distribution LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally before pursuing legal remedies whenever practical. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

Section 10

Safety & Compliance

Beyond All Distribution LLC operates in accordance with applicable federal and state transportation regulations. Our drivers maintain required qualifications, and our vehicles are routinely inspected and maintained to support safe, dependable transportation services.
